Angie's Birthday Portrait SessionI met Angie in high school. She was the very first person I befriended in high school. When I met her, I immediately connected with her because of her beautiful, simple and humble personality. We remained friends throughout high school, but lost contact with each other shortly after we graduated. As years passed, I always kept found memories of her close to my heart. I suppose my thoughts were put out there in the universe because one day, out of the blue, I magically ran into her during my lunch break! It was one of the best days of my life! I re-connected with my long, lost friend! We exchanged contact info and never lost touch again! Since that day, we've remained close friends and have bonded more as time has passed. This year, I wanted to do something ultra special for her birthday, as a thank you for her ongoing support and friendship. I offered her a birthday portrait session! She was so excited and accepted! So, one cold and windy day, in the middle of January, we went outside to play! Shivering with cold, we walked around a beautiful park searching for ideal locations. I was in full gear wearing my coat and boots. She was a true warrior braving the cold. Despite the weather challenges, she kept her composure and was coachable throughout the session. Her portraits came out so beautiful and I'm so proud to share them!
